Day off （30/03/2009)
Today is holiday to use my holiday in this calendar year. Without Dima, other colleagues also have holiday today and tomorrow. Some Japanese colleague said why you have holiday in end of business year. As engineer, It's nonsense question. I have not to send sales result report to Japan. In stead of this situation, I have to come to office when Japan is holiday, because only I can take care in this situation.

The new regulation, which limit additional wing between front and rear wheels, is good to keep good looking of machine. I didn't like a lot of wings are putted on the machine. It's not beautiful. Of course, some of engineer will think counter megeor to loss of down force.

It's climb mountain by my legs. May be you agree if you pass from under of Tsurugi-sawa snow patch to Kurobe dam with 35kg back pach in the rain condition. I think non trained person can't stand over than 5minutes with 35kg back pack. The weight is not change if I use newest bakc pack technology. So it's not change as 15% climb if you use newest bike.
Today, I went to office to write report of last period to discuss about my result. It's better to do it holiday, because nobody disterves me. But, there was one German colleague and he said same as me. He si optical guy. Is it same within Japan and German as optical guy's behavior?
By the way, I showed cross section drawing of our main products to Buelent and Miriam to explain to support customer request. Then they said "What is this section which has a lot of lens elements? Really? Exactly I know a lot of lens elements available in the objective lens but I thought only one lens is used for this part and don't recognixed a lot of lens are available in this part" We have to use some lens elements to correct some of aberrations. For example only one lens elements causes chromatic aberration because grass material has dispersion which causes chromatic aberration.

Some purson thinks that I did service training before in Japan. No. I've never trained about it. Therefore I and other service guy are same start line. Actually, I designed main part of this products. But I didn't look this special optional items. The differnece from other guy is that I can imagine from my optical knowledge, how I have to do to solve this problem. There is not manual about it.

He said me "I can't solve this problem. What can we do?" So, I did optimize and finalization by myself. It took 6 hours. Some Japanese colleague said "Why do you do?" and other prson asked me "Is it acceptable which you do it even you didn't training?" It's not making sence. As my procedures said me. I'm last line of defense, isn't it?

I've not watched it until now. I think that main seen by Prof Yukawa is not available, because he doesn't solve trick by physics point of view, he solve trick by mathematician behavior point of view. And Mr, Shinichi Tsutsumi act mathematician in the cinema. Didn't act mathematician in other TV drama? I will watch it next weekend.

Therefore, there is not any news about WBC in European broadcast. Does my uncle, who is head coach of national team at Seoul Olympic games, did any comment in newspaper?
Our team planned to go for games of football end of April. Of course, it's game of our home town team. But it's not Hamburger SV, is St Pauli. Do you know trade mark of this team is the skull and crossbones? Now they are in 2nd league of Bundesliga. It's difficult to up to 1st lext season because current position is not good.
Finished to read book （23/03/2009)
I read "The dedication by the suspensions X" and "The accuracy of Death" which I brought to trip to Munich and Stuttgart. Both are very interesting books.
I don't write details to avoid spoiler. The trick of mystery is very interesting in "The dedication by the suspensions X". But I think if Prof Yukawa was necessary for this trick? I think his task in this story is that he has to think as mind of mathematician.
The reason which I bought "The accuracy of Death" is the writer got one of prize which is selected by assistants of book shop. I like his book than other winner of this prize. For example, "The equation which is loved by Dr" doesn't match my interest. And also someone matches me and someone doesn't much me which is written by Riku Onda. But I like his book which is written by Kotaro Isaka. So I will put both books to the list "I will read several times in the future" Of course, I'm selecting carefully if I buy book, because I can't buy Japanese book easily now.
Any way, one person said me "I can't understand your procedure to read same book several times" For me, it's unbelievable. I think she is adversity. Because she doesn't look well-read person who has a lot of book which she has to read, and doesn't meet good book which has strong power. I know one of well-read person who read 50 books during summer holiday when she was high school student. And also well-read person has several books which he read several times as basic.
There are several books which I keep to not read in my flat. It's fun to think which book I read next time.
By the way, I have to put the list of book to iPod which I have already. It's help me to avoid same book.

I went yesterday. It's palace.
My main purpose is here. It was constructing when I went there 2 years ago. There was only old hall. I don't go for Benz museum this time.

There will be one of workshop in the UK. We discussed who will go for it. Martin said "You will have holiday in these days, Therefore, we offered to Dimar to go for it" I'm happy that I can have holiday. May be, I have to go for it if it's in Japan. I don't mind Dimar, because he had 2 weeks holiday since last week. So I went office to pick up DVD of Zheta Gundam.
Final report in Munich. I went German museum.
Me262 & Me163 are available.
It's available in HH airport. At once I saw it's flying in HH. There is other special aircraft museum in Munich. I will go for Munich to look there.
By the way, new 9mm wide zoom objective lens is good for sight seeing. It's tough to take picture of air craft in the narrow museum. But wide zoom objective lens is easy to take picture. So, It's favorite the pair of new lens and camera.

I felt air craft turned quickly. Finally air craft accelerate at 300m attitude. and did go around. It's not occurred by cross wind. Captain announced that other air craft was in runway when our air craft did final approach. But it's good to see night seeing of HH city.
Today, I went for Munich. As you know car museum in Munich is here.
It's in Ingolstadt not Munich.. Head quarter of Audi is available here. I think only few Japanese comes here because any guide book doesn't explain about it. It's easy to go by direct bus connection from Munich airport.
So main purpose of today's trip is this.

Already, I booked 10 flights as private and 4 flights are booked for business. I expected over than 50. May be, it's impossible to over 50,000 miles in this year, because business trip to Japan is limited.

is guide book for all countries
One of my procedure said that guide book is important because we have to go unknown town and have to use public transportation. It depends on each towns the system of ticket and check. For example, we don't check ticket in HH, but we have to check ticket in Munich. In Paris, we haven't keep ticket after enter train, but we have to keep ticket in London like Japan.
Of course, I don't need guide book in London and Munich, because I went there several times. And I go to stand to buy ticket in London.

is calculated from 1st of Jan to end of March in next year in Germany. It's impossible to carry over to next year like Japan. Martin said me one law is available that we can take over paid off by the Easter holiday in Germany. But we can't use it because We will go for Poland before Easter.

He asked me what time is it now in Tokyo. So I show clock which is corrected Tokyo time and is on the my desk.
Now he is discussing about time of Tel meeting with Tokyo. But my procedure who is owner of this meeting, is confusing. How long were you in Germany? The reason of his confusion is that the USA is summer time now already, but Europe is Winter time until now.

I think current mind of R&D division is better than before. Because our boss says "May be, there is some miss you couldn't find something wrong, because it's proto type" Some years ago, some of bosses said "Why there is miss in proto type?" It's strange. Of course engineer try to design best products and avoid some trouble which is known. The purpose of proto type is that engineer found unknown troubles.

even you went to Japan for training, and I couldn't go for it and never seen products until now. Of course, I checked information and send question list to Tokyo.
On the other hand, I took over one job to other Japanese colleague, because this job doesn't need deep technical knowledge and also it helps him to get knowledge about products. Of course, I asked boss about it and get confirmation. But he took over this job to German colleague immediately. So he is doing job transfer. I think he will be serious situation after back to Japan. Because a lot of colleagues in Japan think he knows every thing about European market.
And Martin thought that I felt stress strongly because I have to answer every question without information and training. For example, I have to answer about new products without any training.

How software engineer can change specification. Because they can re installation after set up in customer site. If there is problem of optics. we have to bring back out products at once, then customer can't work with it in this time. This is big problem. Of course, I know software engineer has to take care even last situation of products development. But I sometimes feel it's better than optical engineer.

Sales rep brought beer set to us. I and Martin brought back each two bottle to the house. The black beer has strange and interesting taste, it's not bad.
A lot of Japanese colleagues think that I don't strong to alcohol. I've never gotten a glow on because of I'm not weak-headed. And also I recognize clearly that I felt sickly. Therefore I don't drink alcohol too much. I think the strongest drinker and weak drink like alcohol. Because weak drinker forget that he felt sickly.

I've booked flight and hotel to go to Rome end of May, and booked flight to Milan end of September.
Now I'm thinking where is better to stay end of September. World championship will be held in Switzerland, but Como in Italy is better to go to Milan on Saturday. There is not any limitation to stay, because I will use rental car to go to Switzerland from Milan airport. I'd like to go to madonna del Gissalo when I'll back to Milan airport. At least, I will book hotel by end of March.

JOC fixed road race course.
It's interesting for me, because round part is neighbor of my parents house, and also it's my training course. I think Ohi-huto and around imperial palace is not better for pro cycling race. Because there is not strong climb point. Basically Hamburg is called flat course, but there are a lot of short climb which I can't path only force of habit.
I think even Inagi part, Pro racer will path over 40km/h. How about to add Iroha-saka as strong competition point?
Booked flight (04/03/2009)
We will go to Krakow Poland to participate in one of big academicals meeting next April. So we booked flight already. It's better to save cost to book flight early as soon as possible. We will go to Krakow from Hamburg via Vienna. And we will have to go to Krakow Sunday morning, because academicals session will start from Sunday afternoon, and we have to set up each products during lunch time. But it's better for me, because I can use compensate day off at other days. I don't say to German colleagues which it's second visit to Krakow. Because I went there to visit Auschwitz I prefer you should go to there if you live in the Europe.
I will have holiday end of this month. I changed plan of vacation. At first, I planned to go to London and go to neighbor of Ca,bridge. I changed there summer time, because of weather. Therefore I booked flights to go to Munich and Stuttgart. It's not milage run.

He informed to sell his bike. It uses Ultegla and 105 without pedal. The price Euro 500 is good price! But his bike is too big for me. The size is 600mm. usually I'm using 530 or 540mm. This bike is using over 40mm head spacer which Japanese bike shop will claim. But it's not problem, because the distance between upper and lower head parts is roughly 200m. So it has enough strength.

Today I watched DVD of Planetes. I use money only for DVD in this year as hobby.
But actually, I bought 4GB CF for my DSLR camera. It's cheaper than 64MB media which I bought it for my first digital camera. And I'm saving money to buy new DSLR camera for bicycle race capturing use. Of course, new camera is one of my favorite because of light weight and small grip which fit with my hand.
