Nivea is this. I'm using it every night. But I don't smell. May be left side is better to give strong smell.
This is latest version of my bike for rain condition. Should be, it's better to change full carbon frame and strong deep rim when I will back to Japan.

But I had training this morning. I back to home when it start snow. So full mud guard is better to training in bad condition. I'm happy to ride bike with health. Now temperature is lower than 0 degree.
This is my new shoes cover which is made by Shimano. It's good. Because It's easy to wear and to remove.
This is my new MP3 player for bike training. It has speaker. I put it on the wear. So it's easy to use. And also I'm planning to put it on the stem. I will try to use by both.

too long for me.
I will take two weeks holiday in this end of year. Because
23th Dec Japan is holiday as emperor's birth day
24th Dec Our office will be closed as holiday
25th Dec Christmas holiday in Germany
26th Dec Christmas holiday in Germany
So there will be mismatch of working day between Japan and Germany. 19th of Dec is last day to contact each other. And also European colleagues will be holiday from 22th Dec. Therefore it's better to take holiday until 4th Jan. I'll not go for Japan in this holiday.

It's grate that Arashiro will move to French top team. I think it's impossible to participate in Tour of France if he is in Meitan team in the future. And I think if it was necessary to participate in Tour of France by all Japanese team. My idea is that Japanese team has to focus on training young racer who can join top team in the future. And also I think Japanese team has to add many good performance rider who is not Japanese, if they would like to participate in Tour of France.

I don't know my German colleagues will go Ginza, even I informed them address of Hatune-sushi. Actually, I said to Miriam that Ginza is most sophisticated shopping area in Japan, and many ladies wear festive fashion. So it looks that she have interest for these area.
Tommorow is normal working day in Germany. Martin said "Will Japan be national holiday next Monday? How many holidays in the year?" I feel so.

I bought running magazine "Creal" from Japan. But I think this magazine show same issue for many month. Therefore I will change to "Funride" from next month.
Yesterday there was one mail from our marketing division. It said "You have to learn something else for word, excel and PDF, if you would like to be marketing person". I would like to live as engineer not marketing adviser. Therefore I'm using my title as Optical Engineer. Usually, we use liaison, but I think it's not title. Can you imagine what I can do from title "Liaison"?
Of course many engineer is going to marketing division after over sea's job. Because engineer is going to customer's site as Japanese more than other Japanese who came from marketing divisions. Therefore we know what is customer's interesting with their voice. So Japanese colleagues have to go for customer's site more than now. I think Japan side is expecting it, because they use lot of money to send us to Germany from Japan.
It's too cold. I went for electrical shop afternoon. So I searched MP3 player which has speaker. But there is not these kind of MP3 player.

I'm afraid that it will accumulate. But it changed to good. I don't have problem in driving because I changed to winter tyre already. And also my winter bike is perfect for bad conditions.
By the way, I'm planning to listen music on the bike. Of course, head phone is not good for riding. Therefore I'm planning to put small speaker on the bike now.
Book has come (20/11/2008)
Final shipment of book from Japan has come. At first I thought that I can buy books in Japan when I go as business trip. But it's canceled. So, I'm happy because I get book. But it's strange because shipment charge is about yen 9,000. But they don't charge it to me because of special campaign. How they get good turn over? And I got complete books of Roman which is written by Ms. Shiono.
Buelent asked e if it was possible to connect within 50 minutes at Frankfurt airport. i think it's impossible for Japanese but it's possible for EU passport holder. Because they don't need lot of time to pass immigration.

There is not any shops or rest area at country side in Germany, I think German rider doesn't think about balls. Mainly I have to think about many things because I have to back home by myself. And I think Japanese rider who ride bike at round route, thinks balls, because they can stop if they tired.
Of course German rider's basic performance is good because training course is stronger than Japan.

I bought Japanese type of pear at super market. Exactly it's expensive than apple. It is Euro 2.5 per 1 kg. Apple is Euro 2 per 1 kg.
This is 2nd version modification for Tokyo enduro. It's no problem in regulation.
Of course, I participated in the race 2nd times by this MTB. And also I pulled 1st race pack not only be in the pack. Handle position looks too low. It's not normal MTB. I used road bike type rear shifter which has short stroke.

Will the picture of my special modify bike be informed? Of course 1 st version as "It's OK if you can brake safety", and 2nd version as "It's OK if you can brake with upper side of back of my hand" Therefore it's not in violation of regulation. May be they didn't imagine like these modification.
It's engineer's idea. And also it's cheapest modify. I used only 5 minutes to convert.

The actual meeting was only 2 hours. And we need 8 hour to move. Therefore the person who goes business trip only for meeting thinks "there is not many working time" when he heard about business trip. I prefer he has to go for installation work or demonstration.
For me, it looks different with Northern area in western area.

I'm catching cold little bit, therefore I spend in my flat today. Tomorrow I will go for business trip. The departure time of train is too late for me, therefore I will be able to left my house later than usual departure time to go to office. Because this trip will be only meeting. I tale long time as possible if I go for installation purpose. So tomorrow meeting is easy for me as time point of view.
May be I will not get high status of ANA frequent traveller. But I will go for many business trips because My trip for Japan is cancelled.

I found Japanese type of Nashi in super market which is neighbor of my flat. Actually it showed as "Nashi-Birne". I like Japanese Nashi.
I bought DVD set for anniversary of air craft for 100 years. It's total 500 minutes.

I will not go for Japan. The situation happen again. I'd like to look our product in advance, but can't do. Therefore I made long question list and send it to Tokyo. Because many questions will come to me actually even German colleague had training.

Why didn't i fell dangerous in pack of bike at Cycrassics? Nobody changed lane suddenly and shout gave a shout and showed hand signal like Japanese. And also they gave me space with one call "Ein mall bitte" when I'd like to join one pack. And also there is no person who is in back of pack every time. And some one pull pack powerfully.

looks strange for European people. But they understand with my explanation that it's better to keep humidity. And one person said "Are you cold?" without any explanation. And big difference with Japanese is that German doesn't come to office when they catch cold.

I can't realize difference with my other conventional type wheel. I used old tyre for this wheel. So I did real comparison test. This wheel is made for cyclocross bike. I can use other rear wheel for roller special use.
This is new wheel. At first front wheel was sold as bargain price. And I order rear wheel as new. Totally it's Euro 300.

There were many bikers in Goettingen. I felt that Goettingen is university town. because I felt same feeling in Cambridge. I didn't same feeling in Oxford, because Oxford is big city compared with Cambridge and Goettingen.
I finished every work on time yesterday. And I got ICE which arrived PM 9:00, therefore I went to bed soon. I couldn't sleep in ICE, because the final stop was not Hamburg, that ICE went to Kierl. So I was afraid to oversleep and go to Kierl.

I will go for business trip by train which will left AM 8:00. For me, it's not early time, because I start job AM 7:30 now. Therefore I will left my home later than usual. So, I will go for Goettingen to trouble shooting.

The width of free body of Campagnolo is wider than Shimano. Therefore offset quantities are bigger than Shimano.
My first question was why Kisyrium has too match free space between spoke and gear body? As you can see this picture, The spoke in free body side is neighbor of free body as possible, and you can look spoke from upper side. But I could look spoke little bit with Mavic wheel in same situation. And I've got information that 11 speed shifter of Campagnolo is possible to use with Shimano 10 speed gearbox, because gear pitch is same both.
It means Campagnolo is using wide free gear body as 1 pieces of gear. And wheel manufacture which sell their products for Shimano and Campagnolo user, has to design their products to fit to Campagnolo. And Shimano can design small offset rear wheel hub, because they don't sell their product for Campagnolo user.
Of course, it's small difference and customer can't recognize strongness difference. But quality for long ｔirm use is not same. Especially Campagnolo changed diameter of ball bearing and used off set rim for rear wheel in advance. It means they know problems for long term use.
On the other hand, it's possible to say Campagnolo has upgradability in advance. And also it's not confirmed Shimano will have compatibility when they introduce 11 speed system in the future.

I recognized solution for one question which I had in Japan by looking Mavic wheel. And also I know that Shimano has strong point for rear wheel than Campagnolo. Can you imagine reason why? One hint is gear pitch of Shimano 10 speed is same as Campagnolo 11 speed. To be continued.

Dura ace 7400 hub and CD type rim. If you request to bicycle shop Shimazaki as "Strong wheel" then this shop odder CD type rim, which is not colored and not ceramic version.
And this is new tyre Continental GP4000s
