You can get strong sole, if you input this special sole. This sole emits heavy ion. This ion will change characteristic of hoes. And your legs will be hot by heavy ion attack. because the diameter and pitch of holes are optimized to accelerate ion about twice. The price is about Euro 70.

I'm doing. Especially, I use 52 and 17T with 90 rpm pedaling to get high performance. You can recognize that your pedaling is 90 rpm, if you run 33km/h with this gear ratio.
I think this picture was taken last year.
I took this picture after training at Elbe river at southern area. Can you imagine that it is tough to go to southern area of Elbe, because there is few selection to go by bicycle.
I feel that they don't use many d signal in Europe. Because we can know situation by looking around myself without hand signal. But there was one kind of signal that I've never faced in Japan. Can you imagine? there is rail that as you can see in the picture. In this case rider waves his right hand to left. So it's better to pass rail as possible as 90 degree, therefore many rider use this signal to suggests it's best and many rider will shift to left. I don't like Japanese especially Ohi rules, because there are many signals that I think it's not important because I can realize by look around me. Do you use hand signal if you ride town cycle? German do it as normal.

This is automatic selling machine for tube of bicycle. I looked others by Continental at other shop. I think price is reasonable.
I bought new shoes. It's 9th shoes in this year. I bought 2 bicycle shoes, 3 running shoes and 4 shoes for daily in this year. i will use it to go to office as casual. Of course I keep shoes in the office, so I can go office by racing shoes if I'd like to hard training after job.

I went to BOC in Harburg. So I bought new pedal that is racing type for MTB. Because I don't use bicycle as town use, because I afraid that my bicycle will be borrowed. So I change my mind that racing type is better in my case.
I drove normal road from Harburg to my house. Because there was strong traffic jam in auto root. There are many indication that say there will be limitation for cyclasics. So it's real course for it.

I'm doing to make one kind of parts. May be, I will show it next weekend. It's not easy to make it. But one electrical tool is helpful for it. I believe this part is good performance for one kind of effect. Of course it has negative part.

documentation in customer's telephone help desk. It's great that help center can answer to customer's question immediately.
Of course, I'm one of customer's help desk. But I'm teaching other German colleagues that they can answer to easy questions, because of to avoid reducing my working time. Therefore I will be able to focus on more difficult task or support. And also, I'm making many documentation. Because I will be able to reduce my work time to send it for same questions.
But there is risk.Because these kind of documentation includes technical information. So I select who was possible to show it.

I face some job that was done by me.
Martin asked me "Do you know how to use this selection chart? Customer is asking about configuration, and we have to select correct products" OK please show me. Then I stopped 2 or 3 seconds. It's easy. These number is calculated from customer's configuration. Therefore we have to offer this items to customer.
Martin asked me why could I answer immediately. It's simple. I made it when I was in Japan. Hitoshi and Eiji asked me several times after they went to Germany and USA from our R&D. So I made this chart and send it to them with one comment "Please calculate from this chart" But this chart is still Japanese, therefore martin asked me. Today, I translate it to English

I've never changed to new create in each pedal systems. Sometimes, I don't remove shoes from pedal in training. I bring my old shoes to Hamburg. is it possible to use here?

duraring 70km bike training. Of course, I kept every signal. I wear team wear, but it doesn't matter.
It's new bike item!
I bought new cycle computer. This is possible to observe same data as basically meter and hart rate. As hart rate, it's possible to show current, average and maximum. Do you need more information? For me it's enough. I don't need data log or cadence. I can count about 3 cycle per 2 seconds, it means 90rpm. And also if you can ride 33km with 52T by 18T, it means 90rpm.
This meter is one of best if you need only speed and hart rate observation and simple indication. It's possible to change battery by yourself, it doesn't need to send sensor to manufacture like Polar. For me, it's pity that this has wireless speed sensor. Is it need? Sometimes people said it's bothersome, but it's only once in first installations. Otherwise, wired type is better for stability and less battery. Sigmasport has other meters that has everything, but it's not good for me as complex user interface.
This is new bike shoes as MTB sole. Now I'm doing setting of create position.

I didn't release shoes from pedal until back to home after i start from my house on 70km. Of course I kept signal in every junction. Why some hobby road race team in Japan don't keep signal? Don't they think that every one think they are terrible.
It's first time to use new cycle computer. This computer is possible to observe velocity and hart rate. It doesn't have many functions. So it is easy to use on the bicycle. I don't need to save data in computer and to transfer data to PC and observe cadence. Because I can calculate to count that 3 times per 2 seconds means 90 rpm. And also it means 90rpm if you are 33km/h with 52T by 18T.
It's new shoes that I bought in Japan last month. I'm comparing with position of road racer and cyclo cross. I feel this shoes is softer than my current shoes for road racer. Is it better to use carbon sheet to reduce soft feeling?

Do you know that Radio control car race is first user of radio time control system? It has been used from beginning of 1980's.
Because rap time is too short in RC car race. It is about 10sec and total lap are over 40. So the RC car manufacture Cerpant developed automatically time count system. And do you know LSD "Limited Slipped Differential gear" is developed in RC car at first. And this technology was transferred to actual car in race field.

Therefore I did several issue fixed roller training, clean my room and maintenance for my bicycle.
I bought new equipment. It is Euro 60. In Japan, the list price is about Euro 100. So bicycle equipment is too expensive. It is strange. Because every items without bicycle equipment is chipper in Japan than Europe. It means that margin in importer is expensive than other area. Do you know price of running shoes in Europe? I bought new shoes in Japan last holiday. It was about Euro 50 as newest one. But it is about Euro 80 in Europe. Even old items. it is about Euro 50.
Please refer apple store, and compare with price of iPod in each countries.

I went there in the evening. There are many bicycle parts. It's better than before. Could you imagine there are many spare parts for brakes, cycle computer and apparel? So it has good stock than typical Japanese sport shop like Art sport. Especially there are many stocks for winter wear for bicycle ride. Of course, there is not any foolish ion goods.

Buelent surprised about it. So I feel it clean. because my car is silver. It is better than black. And also my garage in house is under ground. So I can keep clean my car. gave birth to their girl. So he is in holiday since this week.
He asked me how maximum speed at Elbe bridge at last years cyclasics race. It was 60km/h. He surprised, because his maximum has been 45km/h until now. My maximum was 96km/h. It is not surprise for me, because there are many hill climb in the Tama area. So I could challenge down hill every day.
And also, he asked me if it was OK. It is no problem,. because I correct weight balance of my wheels. He said "Did you do like this?" Yes of course. It is simple Physics for me. You can feel that you can get speed easily, if you correct your wheel balance.

I also light training. I didn't remove shoes from pedal without airport to look landing aircraft. Of course, I kept signal. So my performance is better to better to keep standing still. But I can improve it more better. Because factory rider of Stevens team did good standing still techniｃｋ.
This is sensor magnet from Shimano. So it is light. It doesn't change wheel balance. Because Mavic wheel has good balance, so sensor magnet occurs bad balance sometimes. Now I don't need put balance weight to my wheel that is build by Mr. Nagai as cobble road special.
By the way, Rossi won Czech GP!
I didn't watch USA GP, which was held before I went for Japan as temporary return. I couldn't check it. Hopefully I'd like to look battle between Rossi and Stoner, But Stoner slipped down yesterday. So pace was too high for him.
Of course, I check Olympic games by Euro sports. Euro sports is better, because there is not any on-screen talent. I don't like Japanese style. I simply would like to look sports.

Car navigation can not recognize where is root.
Because there are many constructing of new highway in west area of Hamburg. So I didn't check car navigation when indication showed "This road can not run any more to Stade". But I could which direction of my car now. So I could reach to Stade safety.
I went to Stade afternoon after shopping. Hopefully, I would like to go to Stade by bicycle.
I did training this morning. And I changed to other bicycle to check feeling of new shoes. I felt that the position of left cleat is not best. And this is special parts for cobble road. In Japan many people think that it is keep color of frame. It is not true. In Europe, It avoid that brake wire doesn't beat frame. So there was big noise that wire beat frame when I run on cobble road. In Japan there was not same situation like this.
This is one of special parts for my look KG281. This tie lap keep best wire line. Ruck Lublin did same when he won world champion ship 1994.
Summer holiday (15/08/2008)
will finish today. It means summer holiday of Tokyo will finish. I work today. Because there is not any whole holiday of company in Europa. We share and take over holiday each other in our office. But there isn't any e-mail and Tel call for me today. Therefore, I could use my time to make many technical documentation. Tokyo will start next Monday, so I offer to Tokyo to do new procedure how handle homework each other.

One person came to our office, who is new responsibility for some area. I met him last Friday already. But Miriam didn't met him. So She said to him "Nice meet you, And He is Ken" un? I met him already. "Ah so, Ken knows everything". Hahahahaha... I don't everything, exactly I knows many issues because I did optical design of current products. So someone especially Japanese students foreign country writes in them blogs, Japanese worker in Japanese country is easy because they don't need to take care house and visa. Instead of it, we have to face everything as Japanese, because many person expect us that we knows every thing one of Japanese in Japanese company. So trainee is easiest way?
Of course I'm happy that Miriam recognize I know everything. After then she said "You are encyclopedia of our products". I said to them if I don't know "I have no idea now. Please give me a time to check it".

There is one suggestion that Japanese who works in Japanese company in out of Japan is easy to live. But it is not real. Can you imagine? In my case, I'm engineer in Japanese company. So European people thinks that I know everything about our company product. So there are many questions and request to me. Of course I know that I'm one face of our company when I met customer. But, I don't everything actually. Especially engineer is tough in this point of view.
On the other hand, sometimes I'd like to say to German colleagues "Please check by your self at first". Of course, Martin and Wolfgang don't ask me without check by themselves. But some German colleagues think that it's easy to ask to Japanese colleagues. Now Buelent is changing his mind. Therefore i think he passed Dima.
And Martin said to Florian, who is new person in our team, "Don't ask same issue again" So he is tough actually.
For Naco-san. I put Post-it on the center of screen or key board of his PC, if I'd like to keep his attention.
Japanese HQ is in Summer holiday (12/08/2008)
And also, many European sales rep and customer is enjoining summer holiday in this week. So there is few Tel call and e-mail to me.
Some colleagues suggest me, "Don't you get holiday". I can't it, because Michael is doing trouble shooting in London, which I order it 2 weeks ago from Tokyo. So I'm back up for him. And also he asked me if I was in office in this week. Actually, there is not any help call from him. So I think everything is good in London. So I'm making many documentation about optics, because I have many time that I can use.
I talked with one Japanese colleague in the USA. His suggestion is good. But situation is not same as the USA. Because there are 3 Japanese, mechanical engineer, senior service engineer, young service engineer, senior optical engineer and he, who is optical engineer. But there are only two people for same job, young service engineer and optical engineer, who is I. So story is not same.
Of course I have to prepare that German colleague will be able to do same job, that is not special for Japanese. And Japanese colleague can focus his speciality.

This watch is not expensive like OMEGA or Rolex. But this is my best watch, because it is light and thin even it has second indicator. But it has weak point in knob as I send to repair it. So I'll use in European central continental time area.
I don't like to use heavy watch, because I used to it long time. For me even hart late monitor is heavy.

If you insert this parts between cleat and shoes, you can use strong power and keep condition. Because this parts emit electron to your legs by heavy metal material, which has miracle high energy. Now this 6 parts set is 20 Euro.
It's not true.
I know very few people who correct tilt angle of legs. Mr. Nishiyama correct it. Of course, it is better to not use these kind of parts to correct dimensions. My legs are tilting to inside. So it is better to correct dimensions to insert these parts in out side of shoes. Then, I could improve my performance.

I bought Nike+ Sport band at Nike shop front of Hamburg central station. This morning, I play and calibrated it. And I checked shoes that I bough it in Japan. Sportband is great! I'll bring it instead of iPod to business trip.

One Camera manufacture informed new camera format. I think this format can keep good telecentric performance, but many mania said that this format reduce telecentricity. Why can they understand it? It is easy to design optics that has good telecentricity, if distance between lens and CCD is short?

I has to correct position of new SIDI bike shoes. But I forgot to buy important parts. That is cleat!. So I went to bile shop to buy it this evening.
By the way, Wolfgang listened songs of Shibata Jun. He said this song is better to concentrate, because sounds is good, and also it's better that he can not understand what she said in Japanese.
And I bought new books at Narita airport. That are "Stories of Roman" I'll buy it if I go to Japan step by step.

Dinner in business class of ANA.
Business class was good to sleep well. So my German colleagues were good conditions when we arrived Tokyo. Of course, they did job in the trip to prepare presentations for meeting. Especially Martin made long presentation that has over 70 pages.
Today, I run with Adidas shoes that I bought it in Artsports in Hibiya. The difference to observe distance is very few.

This is first time to use running shoes that I bought it in Japan. So old one is not better to me as function that avoid to lean to inside. So I leaned to outside by this function when I checked my performance on the running machine.
And my legs is not wide. Actually my legs is narrow. And my fifth finger is long, and arch is high. Can you imagine why I use censor holder of Nike+ with Nike shoes?
Because I bought additional running shoes in Japan. I will compare with Nike and Adidas, Foot Rescue and ArtSports, Sidas and Super feet. So I will select good one to my legs and style.

Nobody can use English in this shop. But it is better than Japan. The total cost was 390 Euro even I order to change brake pad, brake oil and engine oil. It is cheaper than Japan.

The business class was great! The time gone fast. I did sleep, eat dinner and reading book. Especially I could sleep very well. So my condition is good today. I'd like to use same class to back to Hamburg in next business trip to Tokyo.
I couldn't check in the flight from Frankfurt to Hamburg at Narita. Because the flight was canceled and changed it. But I could check in at Frankfurt airport. It is better that I can use priority counter in these urgent situation. And I spend window side of terminal to look air craft. Actually I can use lounge, but I didn't use it.

The I found USB adapter for Nokia handy. So I bought 4 set for colleagues in Germany. I send out my baggage to Narita already. There are 4 shoes in it. So I will select which running shoes is better for me. After then I can order shoes as same as it.
By the way there are strikes by ground stuff of Lufthansa in Germany. So travel agent send information that my current flight to HAM from FRA is cancelled and they changed to next flight. It's no problem for me, I will be able to use my time in Frankfurt airport.

I found translate cable from USB to Nokia power connector at BigCamera in Yuraku-cho. So I will not to bring charger of my handy in business trip. Especially, it is better that I will not take care to pack my charger. So i bought some connector as souvenir to my colleagues who go business trip many times.

I bought battery charge cable via USB for my Japanese handy phone. Is there available for my European Handy phone. Because it's light, and possible to reduce weight of my luggage in business trip. Especially I will be able to reduce transform connector for UK type. I will search it at BigCamera in Yurakucho this evening.
