Our Specialties
Miso ramen
The soup starts with miso (a soy bean product), ground pork,
and a total of 16 blended spices and natural ingredients.
Not only does it taste great, but the fresh and natural
ingredients are kind to your health as well.
To carry the hearty flavor, we use slightly thicker noodles in our miso ramen.

A delicately-salted fish stock is responsible for the original
taste of this perfectly-blended, light-but-flavorsome soup.
A hint of black pepper deepens the flavor.

The classic ramen taste of soy sauce in the soup stock plus
