かつて大空を舞い繁栄をしていた飛びうさぎの子孫・飛べない飛びうさぎのラパは、カエル団長率いる移動遊園地“ラナ・ワンダーランド”で働いていた。ある日のこと、ラパは毎日繰り返される回転木馬の木馬役という仕事に嫌気がさし、ラナ・ワンダーランドをとびだしていった。黄昏が惑う坂道をあてどもなく彷徨うラパ。その行く先には、バチバチと大きな音をたて稲光りする巨大な建造物がそびえ立っていた・・・。
